This Refund Policy describes how Evergreen Juice Bar ("we," "us," or "our") handles refunds for orders placed through our website, located at www.evergreenjuicebarmenu.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Refund Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Evergreen Juice Bar. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.

  • The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • The item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition as they were received.

Refund Process: To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at evergreenjuicebar@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. If the item(s) are deemed eligible for a refund or exchange, we will process your refund or ship out the replacement item(s) within 5 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., credit card expired), we will issue the refund in the form of store credit or a check mailed to the billing address provided at the time of purchase.

Refund Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards or e-gift certificates

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or contains defective items, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim.
